This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was fantastic, with reasonable prices for such a centrally located property. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable, from the antique-filled lobby to the well-appointed rooms on the first floor, complete with a balcony. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with excellent cappuccinos that truly started my day off right. Also, the staff showed impeccable service and were always friendly and accommodating.
All aspects of my stay were exceptional.

Excellent hosts, went out of their way to be warm and generous. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The terrace was a great bonus and offered beautiful views. The nearby supermarket was convenient for any last-minute needs. The MOM Bus stop was just around the corner, providing easy access to the train station and airport. The main shopping areas were just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Although the room was lovely, it was unfortunately quite loud at night due to noise from nearby bars. Additionally, the price did not include breakfast, which would have been a nice addition.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the room was neatly cleaned every day, and that there was a heater that kept it warm and cozy. The location was superb, with everything I needed right at my doorstep, from restaurants to shops. Plus, I enjoyed the morning coffee provided, it gave me a nice little boost to start my day.
The internet connection didn't work for the entirety of my stay, which was a big inconvenience. , the noise from a nearby bar made it difficult to sleep at night.
